If some or all of the items ordered are not in stock, we will contact you to seek your advice for partial delivery or adjustment of the order, taking 2-3 business days.
What if I change my mind after I've placed my order?

If the goods have not been sent we can cancel and issue a full refund with 5% CANCELLATION Charges of the amount purchased straight away. You can return any product to us, providing they are in an un-used, un-opened and in an 'as new' condition within seven days from the day after you receive the goods.
